That perennial loser Mitt Romney may look, and at times talk, a bit like the oafish and naively-ignorant Herman Munster, but he is nowhere near as innocent or even lovable. For Romney is NOT your average, honest, hardworking American. Rather, he is a self-centered, predatory capitalist who also has no clue as to the regular, everyday American’s real wants and needs. He is a true human political weathervane who will do or say virtually anything to garner another vote.

Excuse me, though: did I say “human”? How careless of me – for Romney is definitely not human. He has no empathy, sincerity, or warmth, and often just speaks without thinking. It is as if speaking – saying anything – were a nervous reflex action he feels he simply must do to avoid being caught in some sort of awkward silence. He recently insulted a Pittsburgh-area baker by mindlessly saying the cookies the baker had presented him with couldn’t really have been made by the baker, but looked like they had come from a nearby 7-11 convenience store kakery. How utterly ingracious and ridiculous!

But the most despicanle thing about Romney is that he is a massive LIAR. He was quoted numerous times on a huge number of shows during the stimulus bailout days of early 2009 as saying that he was opposed to a federal government bailout of GM and Chrysler; that such a bailout would result in the end of the American automotibe industry; and that GM and Chrysler should have to go through bankruptcy. He even criticized former President Bush and President Obama for even offering a federal bailout. But NOW, with GM once again the number one auto producer in the world, and with Chrysler showing record profits, he is falsely taking credit for their recovery, claiming that President Obama had even followed his advice to put both companies through a sort of supervised banjruptcy. This is, of course, as everyone knows, a blatant LIE, because nothing of the sort ever happened! Does Romney really believe this patent nonsense, and does he think we are as gullible as the fictional Herman Munster character? If so, forget about Romney running for or even becoming President – the man should be immediately put into a straitjacket and rushed into the nearest mental institution!

Mitt Romney is SUCH a massive liar, in fact, that I am seriously considering putting together a monthly roundup of the lies he has told each month. So here is a challenge to you, readers: every time you hear a new Romney lie, send it to me via the comments section of this particular blog entry. I will present these each month near month’s end in a separate MITT ROMNEY’S LIES ROUNDUP each month now through the end of October. This guy is not cute, nor is he funny. He must be exposed for the overambitious, self-centered fraud that he actually is. So send Mitt’s Whoppers my way whenever you hear one! Thanks, readers.

A good place to catch all of his lies is MSNBC. I can’t bear to listen to Romney so will send the ones the pundits tell about.

  2. “Romney is SUCH a massive liar, in fact, that I am seriously considering putting together a monthly roundup of the lies he has told . . .”

You do realize what a massive project this will turn out to be, don’t you? In the interest of having a life, I strongly suggest you curtail it to Romney’s Biggest Lies, or Romney’s Top-20 (month) Lies. 😉

Good idea, but I am still opening it up dor everyone to contribute into. The goal is to collect as many as possible over the next 6 monthe, and thern list them en masse just vefore the election so any undecided independents can see firsthand what a charlatan he is! All who contribute each month will be credited accordingly.

I thought that we couldn’t do any worse than Chimpy, and the Rushpubliscum Party took steps to show me how wrong I was.

Romney’s lies: that’s a huge category. You might need to start a whole new separate blog for this.

    • jackjodell53 says:

You may be right, but I’ll take my chances publishing them both here and over at Roundtree7.

Great post Jack. It says it all.

    • jackjodell53 says:

Thanks, Gwen. It is unbelievable, in this age of instant access to truth via internet, that Romney’s lies are taken seriously and unquestioningly reported by the MSM, and are believed by ANYONE!

  6. Darlene says:

I am sure this is already on your list of Romney lies, but I find it odd that Romney remembers the victim of his assault but doesn’t remember the assault. I think that ‘s a lie along with the one that he (and his preppy classmates) didn’t give being gay a thought in those days. I’m older that he is and kids always knew who was gay. That would be doubly true of a Mormon kid.

I know you already have the lie about his helping bail out the auto industry. That’s really a whopper.

Jennifer Granholm, the former governor of MI, gave the “hollow man” a hell of a smack down.

I commented on my FB that I would not vote for Mittens if he were a died in the wool progressive. His constant flip-flopping and his lies, among a number of other things, demonstrate a man of weak moral fiber and no morals whatsoever. No character and it shows in his face.

Good luck with collecting those lies. You might have to add more RAM to your computer.

Although all of us who frequent your blog, Jack, know that Romney is NOT your average, honest, hardworking American. Rather, he is a self-centered, predatory capitalist who also has no clue as to the regular, everyday American’s real wants and needs… still there are millions of regular, everyday Americans who support the man.

    How terribly frightening is that!

Is it because he ‘looks’ so competent? Is it because he’s rich and they are wannabees? Is it because they don’t take the time to educate themselves?

Whatever it is, it remains a conundrum for me.

I understand your distress and must say, regrettably, that it is a combination of all things you have listed. We MUST defeat this man and his paty soundly!
